What You Can Do With ARTI
With ARTI, your credit union's 24 hour telephone teller system, you can reach your accounts anytime day or night. In effect, ARTI puts a teller in your home, office, car or anywhere there is a touch tone telephone.
Any transactions on your account are updated immediately, accurately and confidentially.
With ARTI you can:
- check your share and loan balances
- make check withdrawals
- transfer funds
- make loan payments
- inquire about cleared drafts (checks)
- check on deposits and withdrawals
- request tax information
- loan amortization models
- reorder share drafts
- request loan and VISA applications
To use ARTI, all you need is the following:
- your account number
- your personal identification number (PIN)
Your PIN is selected by you and must be requested in writing. - a touch tone telephone
